Orders are dispatched every Wednesday (depending on your frequency). You will be sent tracking details to your email once your order has been dispatched from the Roastery (check your spam too just in case).
In the case where you have not received this email, check your 'Delivery Schedule' first to ensure your due for that week's dispatch, if so, send an email to email@example.com and our Customer Support team are always happy to help.
To check your delivery schedule just go to your Account -> Manage Subscriptions -> Delivery Schedule.
