Our coffee is always good and may last longer if stored properly. Once you receive your coffee, ensure it's stored in a cool, but not refrigerated environment and avoid direct sunlight. Be careful not to store near fridges or high up where it can be exposed to warmer temps. This will accelerate the ageing process. Our coffee is flushed with nitrogen that helps preserve its shelf life.
Once opened, it's best to have the bag sealed and kept in an airtight environment. Oxygen is detrimental to the flavour of coffee, and exposure can affect quality. Keep it sealed and placed somewhere cool, dry and dark (in your pantry is just fine).
