Uhoh! This doesn't sound right!
We're sure we can help you in getting the best taste out of your coffee. A few questions to consider. Possibly the season has changed and your current grind setting is just not quite right with the aging process of your beans now. Try changing the grind setting more courser/finer to get the extraction back to its best!
Make sure you're storing your beans in an airtight container, away from sunlight in a cool area (your cupboard is just fine).
You may need a recipe to give you an indication as to what is the best extraction time for your machine.
