I just opened Porter St bag today. Is it normal if the beans look “oily” or “wet”?

Our Porter St. naturally produces oil, which may cause them to appear 'oily' depending on the weather. This doesn't affect the freshness of the beans, it's just the natural oil release process and we recommend storing in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
