This is a self-managed subscription service. Our Customer Support team will be unable to do this on your behalf, however, we will be more than happy to guide you on how to do so. Head to your account > Subscriptions > Edit.
On the next page, it will allow you to make amendments to the following details (cancel option is at the bottom of this page):
Did you know that you can skip your delivery? You can skip by going to the 'Delivery schedule' and click 'Skip'.
