You can create an account on AusPost and put your parcels from us as ATL if you'd like.
You'll be receiving a delivery notification from AusPost via email or SMS. There should be a link on there that will allow you to manage your delivery options (Safe Drop or Signature on Delivery).
After you’ve set your preferences you can still change them at any time, or cancel Safe Drop for individual parcels.
Keep in mind that some addresses aren’t suitable for Safe Drop (e.g. PO Boxes, certain apartment buildings). AusPost won't Safe Drop your delivery if the location is unsuitable or not protected from the weather (subject to driver decretion. Please reach out to AusPost for any delivery issues).
