What's the difference between Mountain Water process and Sugarcane process decaf?

You will find we have two different processes for our Decaf. We have the Mountain Water process, where beans are soaked in water for decaffeination through osmosis. Additionally, there's our Sugarcane Decaf process, where caffeine is extracted using sugarcane and water. This method enhances sweetness while preserving the coffee's flavours.
