How do I redeem my points for my online purchase?

Head to your rewards page and redeem the number of points you would like. 

1. Log in to your account. 
2. Under “My Account” click on the “Redeem One Off” button:

         The middle part of the next screen should say “single purchases” and give you the number of points             you’ve accumulated:

       

        And an option on how much points you wish to redeem:

       

3. Click on the “Redeem” button under the points you wish to redeem: 

4. The system will ask you if you wish to proceed, click “YES” if you do:
5. Once done, you will receive your discount code via email, this normally gets routed to spam/junk folder, kindly check on those folders as well.
6. You can then proceed in choosing the items you wish to purchase and don’t forget to paste your discount code on the discount code field and click on the “Apply button” for this to be applied.
